The collapsed structure is the Hilliard House and was for sale. It was a cute frame house. My neighborhood is one of the oldest in Cozumel. There are a few of these frame houses left, but I think the damage from Wilma will probably finish them off. They have been here for years, but after every hurricane, one or more of them has to be replaced by cement.
